Morons and Hypocrites: Sarah Palin in the land of Duh
Oh America. You sad, stupid, spoiled bitch. You wasted . gilded heffer marching on the killing floor with a bible up your ass and a twinkle in you somniferent eye. You stupid stupid nation. Look how far afield psychoworld you’ve taken us.
How did we get here? How did we go from a 680 billion dollar surplus and the top moral standing in the world, to record-setting national debt and the ire/suspicion of the rest of the globe? How did we get from a tough, but semi-permeable hierarchy into a deadset Barbell economy? What happened to the middle class? You fat, stupid, spoiled bitch. What in the fuck did you do?
Looking back on the last few years, it feels a little bit removed from reality. Which is why appreciate the many individuals who took it upon themselves, from the get go, to point out this warped, god-high reality. Reading their recent takes on the Sarah Palin VP pick has really put something into horrifying perspective for me. This is how America got here. We were led by Morons and Hypocrites — Neither of which could have gotten this far without the other. In fact, they are the two major governing factions of our country. They do not align left or right, top or bottom, forward or backward. They simply align according to the Moron National Party and the Hypocrite National Party. They are the governing faction
The Hypocrites (HNP) would be nowhere without the support of the Morons (MNP). For example, whenever the rest of the nation, regardless of IQ, occasionally awakes and questions the absurd american tax policy. The HNP is threatened. They will immediately reach out to the MNP and clearly show that
a)Absurd Tax Policies Keep Abortions from happening
b)Absurd Tax Policies Keep Illegals from Entering The Country
c)Absurd Tax Policies Keep Your Family Safe
d)Jesus Loves the Absurd Tax Policies, shouldn’t you?
So off they scamper, hand in hand leading our nation: The Uber-Wealthy and the Uber-Stupid.
Sarah Palin is just one more step on this Milton-ian Magic Ride. Here we have McCain, incredibly close to the Uber-Wealthy (and as such the HNP). But he can’t get his seat in the White House on their support alone. I mean, sure, they have the money. And, sure, they have the influence. But in this American Plebicite (i.e. democracy) it widdles down to a pure numbers game. So he needs a huge, easily attained voting block. Now let’s see,… what part of the American Population is the easiest and simplest to appeal to… THAT’S RIGHT! The Uber Stupid!!!
So he picks Sarah Palin. A woman that believes creationism should be given the same teaching time as evolution (or gravity). She literally thinks Adam and Eve had pet dinosaurs. She doesn’t think global warming is real. She also “talks right” on abortion (meaning she’s anti-abortion even in cases of rape and incest).
I ask you, my fellow Americans. Has there ever been a more worthy representative of the Moron National Party? Is there anyone who could hold up that proud banner with as much empty-headed gusto and jaw-dropping mindlesness? And you know it helps that a)she’s female and b)in a smarmy Land’s End kind of way she’s not half-bad looking. Boy that’ll really drive the grassroots of the MNP nuts. They’re gonna eat her up.
“Keep em Mexicans out! Derp!!!!” … “Abortions are Murder!! Derp!!!” …. “So what for the first time EVER the polar ice cap will disappear this year… that’s not proof of global warming!! Derp”…. “Boy I’d like to give that VP lady a piece of my DERP!!!!”

I agree heartily. As many have pointed out on these blogs that point out how uber stupid Americans are to believe politicians like McCain and Obama, Americans are not strong on critical thinking skills and most are too apathetic to take any kind of action to really change the electoral process.
My recommendation: vote Nader-Gonzalez (Independents).

This is my first time here, Reverand Manny, and I am truly happy to find other people out there with my same point of view. I checked out Angry Girl’s page and ended up reading like the whole damn thing…I appreciate you and her telling it like it is here in America, but I’m afraid that we are such a small minority…Michael Stipe said he would move to England if McCain/Palin are elected and I feel quite the same…I am an admitted pessimist, but the idealist inside of me still sees a glimmer of hope that my generation (I’m 25) could possibly change this country someday, even though we are dumber, more desensitized, more paranoid, etc. than any generation before us…I think I actually still kind of believe in The American Dream (Hallucination), but I think I’m waking up fast – maybe too fast.

Wow…strong words, but I totally agree with America having way too many ILL-INFORMED citizens (aka STUPID). They do not read newspapers or follow the news, and rely on slogans from the GOP that appeal to their personal feelings (gays, god and guns) even though their real interests (taxes, war, deficit, health care, etc.) are ignored. The only explanation that makes sense as to how this country got in this strange predicament is that we all must have been asleep because how could an entire nation of people and all of our elected officials and our entire military including every high ranking general have bought into this? Yep, must have been mass hypnosis. Or, beams of stupification shot at us by circling alien spacecraft which turned all of our brains into guacamole. The alien invasion theory would also explain Condoleeza Rice too because what native born Earthling with all of their wits about them would give such a name to their child? Another idea to throw around is that our government slipped Ambien into our cocoa puffs and then had their way with us for 12 years. Anybody have thoughts on this?
